7 Days Refund & Exchange Policy

Smart – i estore practice 7 Days Refund & Exchange Policy for all our products sold except for:

a)     Airtime Reloads

b)     Internet Access Reloads

c)     DD Reloads

d)     Online Games Reloads/Credits

e)     All considered as Downloadable Digital Content

f)      Vouchers

g)     Services

We make sure each and every single item ordered by our customers will be checked thoroughly for any defect before it is being shipped.

Due to differences in computer monitor quality the colour shown here may vary slightly from the actual product.

 

The conditions for qualifying in the 7 days exchange or refund are:

b)     Allowed if there is defect in our products. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration.

c)     Allowed for wrong merchandise size shipped

d)     Not allowed for items under Promotions of which includes discounts, giveaway free gifts or other special promotions

e)     Only applicable for purchase/shipment within Malaysia. The policy is not applicable to international transaction.

f)      Item need to be returned with their original packaging including all accessories, parts, not used and can be resold.

g)     When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain printed invoice and also proof of posting like tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for package lost in delivery

h)     All item should be returned must be done in 7 days upon receipt. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.

k)     We will refund any shipping charges if we send the wrong item or if the item sent was defective.

l)      We will only reimburse the normal postage to have the item sent back to us. You may choose to re-use the envelope the item was originally packed in if you are uncomfortable with using your own.

m)   We will not be responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery.

n)    Smart - i estore reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to Smart- i estore without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.

 

Defective and Damaged Items

If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We definitely will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item or replacing your order. Please include the order number and also as many details as possible.
